The whole line adopts PLC and button control, touch screen display and control. It is equipped with multi-level safety
protection and closed-loop feedback, which can automatically adjust the speed of each section according to actual
working conditions in time. The overall design is reasonable, beautiful, easy to operate, and well-selected components.
The frequency converter controls all conveying motors to ensure a smooth transition of speed between each section,
and runs accurately and without error at the speed set by the process. 2.2 Washing and drying machine: Equipped with
a high-quality cleaning brush that can clean coated glass and hard LOW-E glass, the glass is cleaned without stains.
The thickness is between 2.8~25mm for cleaning. The upper part can be raised to 400mm as a whole for easy cleaning
and maintenance. Glass pre-press machine The glass roller press has a reasonable structure and simple operation. The main drive adopts frequency conversion speed
regulation, gear transmission, quartz tube heating, and each section is controlled by zones. The front and rear two pairs of l
arge pressure rollers and the heating part are synchronously driven. The gap adjustment of the large pressure roller is
controlled and set by the cylinder lifting button. The display and operation ensure that the gap between the two large pressure
rollers is consistent.
