Product Description

Brief Introduction:

1.The cleaning case body is made of thickened stainless steel, and the components and screws in contact with water are made of stainless steel or waterproof aluminum, which is rust free for long-term use and convenient for maintenance.

2.The cleaning machine adopts upper drive and double-layer structure to avoid aging and water leakage of the sealing parts of the cleaning box and facilitate maintenance.

3.The whole rubber roller drive is adopted in the cleaning machine. According to the different thickness of the cleaned glass, the spring is used to automatically adjust the distance between the two rubber rollers, and the 4-15mm glass can be cleaned.

4.Three groups of brushes are used to clean the glass. Six high-quality 1010 nylon wire brushes and six water sprays are used to clean the glass. The glass can be cleaned quickly (5-12m per minute). Low-E and coated glass can be cleaned.

5.The brush device has the function of fore-and-aft adjustment. If the brush is worn, it can be adjusted forward and used for many times to improve the service life of the brush.

6.It is equipped with an automatic identification device for low-e and coated glass, which can automatically identify the front and back sides of low-e and coated glass. The first group of coarse brush will automatically yield to avoid damaging the film.

7. The air knife and coupling support in the drying box are all made of stainless steel to avoid secondary pollution after glass cleaning.


8.The glass transmission in the drying box is designed to be driven by the bottom rubber roller, which is stable and reliable without slipping.
9. Reasonable air knife angle design and air duct layout make the glass drying effect better.
10 Circulating air design, energy saving and low noise of glass air drying system.
11.All bearings used in the cleaning machine are stainless steel precision high-speed bearings with high precision and stable operation.

12.The humanized design of the upper segment, when placing large pieces of glass, step on the foot switch, the transmission stops, and the placement is completed; Step on the foot pedal again to start the transmission, which is convenient for operation and ensures the personal safety of operators.
