1. Engineered for flat glass processing, this machine achieves 45° chamfering, straight-line edging, and high-gloss polishing in one single pass, ensuring streamlined operation and consistent finish quality.
2. All core components are crafted from cast iron and undergo precision annealing treatment, delivering exceptional structural rigidity, vibration resistance, and long-term operational stability for heavy-duty industrial use.
3. Ideal for a wide range of applications, including glass processing workshops, tempering plants, window & door manufacturing facilities, and architectural glass production lines.
4. Function : Glass flat edging + 45°edging + 0°-45°edging
5. 5 motors are in a whole and flat base which can swing from 0°-45°,so it can edging the glass from flat to 45°edge.
6. Automatically adjust the angle and the grinding  thickness of the glass, which is convenient for the operator.
7. The base and girder and motors base are cast iron material and annealing treatment , which will make machine stronger and stable , it will never bend.
8. All steel plate are laser cutting , which will be in level after weld.
