ZK2500A vertical insulating glass production line is assigned with the following functions: glass washing & drying, aluminum spacer positioning and placement, IGU automatic assembly and panel press, and output conveying. Specially designed for aluminum-spacer type insulating glass units processing, the ZK2500A production line is characterized with the advantages of high efficiency, reliable performance and easy maintenance.

 

1)Reliable touch screen with easy operation, the system parameters can be modified any time;

2)The working status of the sensors and motors are displayed in the touch screen (input monitor), in case of a malfunction, the fault point can be easily identified;
3)Two operation modes, automatic and manual are available, each section can be controlled separately in manual mode, more convenient and brief operation;
4)ZK2500A automatic IG line includes 7 sections: input conveyor, glass washing and drying section, glass transmission and storage station; light inspection & spacer assembly station, outside assembly station, panel pressing station, output conveyor.

The glass washing and drying room and water tank are made of stainless steel (normally 201, can be upgraded to 304 with extra charges) and anti-corrosion material. All bearing bases are stainless steel. The brush bearing is a self-aligning bearing with long service life and high precision.
